Consultation description
This invites your views on our proposals for the new inspection arrangements which will come into effect from September 2013.
Ofsted seeks the widest possible range of views from those who have an interest in or expertise relating to the Cafcass role in the family court, so that the inspection arrangements take proper account of the needs and circumstances of all interested parties. Above all, the arrangements must assure the quality of services and the best possible outcomes for children who are subject to both private and public law proceedings in the family court.
