Consultation description

We want to know what you think about a proposal to remove Newhaven from the list of bathing waters designated under the Bathing Water Directive (2006/7/EC). The beach was closed to the public by its owner in 2008.

This consultation is of interest to beach users, the leisure and tourist industries, environmental NGOs and anyone with an interest in the coastal environment.
