Consultation description

We want to know what you think about our proposals to improve bovine TB testing and controls. We particularly want to improve how we test herds in the High Risk Area, where TB is present, by using the more sensitive blood test alongside the skin test we normally use.

We also want to make faster progress in the Edge Areas of England, so that we can be free of TB in these counties as soon as we can.

Our proposals will help us to achieve national official TB-free status for England by 2038.
