Consultation description

We want to know what you think about our proposal to remove the ten area cap limit for licensing badger culling activity. This change will allow Natural England to issue licences to more than ten areas each year.

We’re also asking about plans to make the guidance clearer on what Natural England should take into account when deciding how many licences to issue.

The proposal is a development of the government’s TB Strategy to eradicate bovine tuberculosis (TB) in England.
