The government consulted on proposed changes to the direct payments for healthcare regulations in order to extend personal health budgets, including direct payments for healthcare, beyond the pilot programme.
The government response summarises the feedback that was received and explains the changes that are being made to the direct payments for healthcare regulations as a result of the consultation.
