This consultation seeks views on the changes the Home Office proposes making to the codes of practice for Schedule 7 to the Terrorism Act 2000 and Schedule 3 to the Counter-Terrorism and Border Security Act 2019.

We welcome feedback from:

  • interest groups
  • members of the public
