Consultation description

The aim of this consultation is to inform the Government’s proposed changes to Child Maintenance legislation.

Depending on the outcome of the consultation and subject to parliamentary timetables, following publication we will aim to make legislative changes to commence existing curfew powers and make changes in secondary legislation to set out how the curfew power will operate.

This consultation applies to England, Wales and Scotland.
