Consultation description

At present City of Liverpool cruise terminal is subject to a grant condition which precludes its use for turnaround cruise operations. Following a recent request by Liverpool City Council, including an offer of partial grant repayment, the minister for shipping, Mike Penning is now minded to remove this objection on the terms set out in the consultation letter.
