The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) is consulting on its draft Annual Plan for 2024 to 2025.

The CMA is interested in views and comments on its draft Annual Plan for 2024 to 2025, including proposed updates to its medium-term priorities and areas of focus. 

Respondents are asked to supply a brief summary of the interest or organisation they represent.

We will publish a summary of responses and the final Annual Plan by 31 March 2024.
