Summary

The Forensic Science Regulator is seeking comments on the draft guidance on cognitive bias effects relevant to forensic science examinations.

Consultation description

This draft guidance was commissioned following a competitive tendering process. It is issued to allow comments from interested parties. All comments will be given consideration prior to final publication.

Comments should be sent on the feedback form provided to FSRConsultation2@homeoffice.gov.uk and should be submitted by 31 October 2014.
