Consultation description
The Connection Vouchers Scheme is being run as part of our Super Connected Cities Programme.
The purpose of the vouchers scheme is to stimulate the market to improve digital connectivity in participating cities. It particularly aims to benefit small and medium enterprises (SMEs), helping cities to create and attract new jobs and investment, and make the UK a more attractive place for digital companies to come and do business.
This consultation is seeking views about the objectives, design principles and operation of the scheme from communications providers, SMEs and other participants.
Hosting supplier event
We also plan to hold a consultation forum event on Wednesday 10 July in London. Places will be limited. If you would like to attend this event, please email urbanbroadbandfund@culture.gsi.gov.uk.
