Detail of outcome

The vast majority of consultation responses were in favour of the Government making the amendments to the Non-Delivery Disincentive provisions. This will enable the running of future allocation rounds. It is Government’s intention to make this amendment.

The government is seeking views from projects planning on participating in future CFD allocation rounds on proposals to amend the CFD non-delivery disincentive. This includes extension to the exclusion period, a change to description of the excluded site, whether to include Sustainability Change in Law Termination in the exemptions available.
