This document sets out the government response to the September 2016 Smart Energy Code (SEC) and Licence Amendments Consultation. Related legal drafting concluded on in this response has been laid before Parliament for incorporation into the regulatory framework.
This document provides policy conclusions (and associated legal text) on the following topics:

A total of 19 responses were received from a range of sectors, including:

- Consumer Groups
