Consultation description

The Maritime and Coastguard Agency would like your views on updated guidance on the application of the merchant shipping and fishing vessels (provision and use of work equipment) (PUWER) regulations 2006 and the merchant shipping and fishing vessels (lifting operations and lifting equipment) (LOLER) regulations 2006, to fishing vessels.

Duration

The stakeholder engagement will last for a period of eight weeks from 1st July 2019 and all comments should be provided, preferably by email, no later than 26th August 2019.
