Consultation description

We want to know what you think about the policies and proposed management measures set out in the crab and lobster fisheries management plan (FMP) for English waters.

The proposed FMP has been developed by Defra in partnership with Seafish (the Sea Fish Industry Authority) and in collaboration with the industry-led Crab and Lobster Management Group (CMG). It sets out plans for the long-term sustainable management of the crab and lobster fisheries in English waters.

We are also seeking views on an environmental report, which describes the likely environmental impacts of the crab and lobster FMP.
