Consultation description

The department and the Information Governance Alliance (IGA) want to know how this guidance leaflet, to help health and care professionals make the right decisions about data sharing, can be improved.

We want the document to be as useful as possible so we are asking for your feedback on how easy it is to understand and how to make sure people use the document.
