Consultation description

We want to know what you think about our approach to developing a national policy statement for water resources. The statement will simplify the process of gaining planning consents for large water infrastructure projects.

We are also presenting options on the sizes and types of infrastructure which could lead to changes in the Planning Act 2008 thresholds. We are calling for relevant evidence to support options.
