The draft code of practice was laid in Parliament on January 22 2024 and will be debated in due course as part of parliamentary procedure.

This consultation seeks views on one code issued by the Home Secretary, which provides guidance to the Director General of the National Crime Agency or an authorised National Crime Agency officer (code of practice issued under section 339ZL to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and section 22F to the Terrorism Act 2000 about certain Information Orders).
