Consultation description

Following the commencement of part 2 of the Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act we are required to amend the POCA: investigations code of practice to reflect the changes made to the Unexplained Wealth Order (UWO) regime. The Home Office is required to consult on any changes made to the code.
