We are seeking views on the early years pupil premium and proposals on participation funding for 2-year-olds.

Consultation description

This consultation seeks views on:

• the introduction of an early years pupil premium for all disadvantaged 3- and 4-year-olds in April 2015
• moving to participation funding for the early education entitlement for 2-year-olds in the financial year 2015 to 2016
