Consultation description

We are seeking evidence about the:

  • operation of the employer debt regime for non-associated multi-employer schemes
  • effectiveness of the current easements open to employers in such schemes
  • the possible impacts of changes that have been suggested to us

The call for evidence discusses the policy rationale underpinning the current regime and summarises the easements in place for employers. It then sets out stakeholders’ views of the regime and the possible changes they have suggested to us, exploring possible risks and benefits, and seeks wider comments.

We are not making any proposals at this time, merely seeking views.
