Consultation description

We want to know what you think about proposals to introduce new regulations to deal with outbreaks of:

  • african swine fever

  • classical swine fever

  • swine vesicular disease

These regulations would apply to Great Britain.

The proposed legislation will replace the existing statutory instruments for these three diseases. It does not change GB policy for the control of these diseases.
