The Scientific Advisory Committee on Nutrition (SACN) has now published the final report ‘Feeding in the first year of life’.

SACN has carefully considered all comments it received about the draft report. SACN’s responses to the consultation comments are available, along with the consultation comments in full.

Summary

The Scientific Advisory Committee on Nutrition (SACN) invites feedback on its draft report ‘Feeding in the first year of Life’.

This consultation ran from
10am on 19 July 2017 to 5pm on 13 September 2017

Consultation description

You are invited to submit comments relating to the scientific content of the draft SACN report ‘Feeding in the first year of life’. You are also invited to draw the committee’s attention to any evidence that it may have missed.

Please ensure that any evidence you bring to SACN’s attention satisfies the inclusion and exclusion criteria summarised in the ‘consultation invitation’, which can be accessed above.

Please send your responses to sacn@phe.gov.uk by 5pm on 13 September 2017.

All submitted consultation comments, and SACN’s consultation response, will be published at the same time as the final report.
