Future Regulatory Framework (FRF) Review: Consultation
Consultation description
This consultation marks the launch of the second phase of the Future Regulatory Framework (FRF) Review, which considers how the regulatory framework for financial services needs to adapt to be fit for the future, in particular to reflect our new position outside of the EU. In doing so, the key aim is to achieve an agile and coherent approach to financial services regulation in the UK, with appropriate democratic policy input to support a stable, innovative and world leading FS sector.
Further to the consultation document published on 19 October 2020 on the second phase of the Future Regulatory Framework (FRF) Review, the period of consultation has been extended by one month to 19 February 2021. Please submit your responses to FRF.Review@hmtreasury.gov.uk
