The Groceries Code Adjudicator Act 2013 requires the government to review the performance of the Groceries Code Adjudicator (GCA). This first review covers the period from the creation of the GCA in June 2013 to 31 March 2016. We’re seeking your views and evidence on the GCA’s performance against the measures set out in the act.
