Consultation description

We want to know what you think of our plans to change the Environmental Permitting Regulations. The proposed amendments will apply to the regulation of groundwater activities and some related surface water discharge activities.

The amendments seek to improve groundwater and surface water quality. The proposed changes are scheduled to come into force in October 2023.
