A total of 3 responses were received, we are grateful for the time respondents took to reply. The responses generally welcomed the new changes proposed in this consultation. Respondents made useful suggestions to improve clarity and understanding. The Senior Traffic Commissioner’s comments are summarised in the attached document.

The Senior Traffic Commissioner would like to hear industry’s views on the proposed amendments to the voluntary guidelines for operators carrying passengers to designated sporting events.

The below consultation document summarises the changes to terminology and practices that have been made to the guidelines.

Annex A shows the changes the changes that have been made in red and Annex B is a ‘clean’ version of the amended guidelines.
