Consultation description

This consultation seeks views on the framework for the implementation of the Help to Save scheme, which aims to support people on low incomes to build up a rainy day fund. It also seeks views on a number of detailed policy design issues.

The government would welcome views from all interested parties, including individuals, financial providers and civil society organisations with an interest in the scheme.

The views expressed will inform the final design of the scheme and the government’s approach to implementing Help to Save.
