HS1 Ltd periodic review 2019: Eurostar International Ltd two month suspension
Detail of outcome
After consideration we have decided increase the process giving Eurostar the opportunity to make representations to us by mid-June 2019, after the final Five Year Asset Management Statement by HS1. This will give HS1 an opportunity to consider and respond to those representations.
Other bodies will then have an opportunity to respond to our draft determination in a public consultation.
