PWC’s property bond report was used to inform our decision about whether to set up a property bond scheme for eligible property owners affected by the HS2 Phase One line of route.
The consultation summary report by Dialogue by Design provides an overview of responses to the 2013 property compensation consultation for Phase One of HS2 between London and the West Midlands. A total of 17,780 responses were received for this consultation. Two hundred responses were from organisations; the remainder were submitted by members of the public.
We have also published the Consultation Institute’s quality assurance review of Dialogue by Design’s consultation response analysis activity.

This consultation seeks your views on the government’s proposals for property compensation schemes proposed along the HS2 Phase One line of route between London and the West Midlands.

The sequence of maps follows the volume key plan, which should be consulted first prior to viewing subsequent maps in the volume. Please note that in map volumes 2 to 6 the last map from the previous volume is included as the first map in the next volume of maps for continuity purposes.
Updates to safeguarding in Bromford and Northolt
On 24 October 2013, updated safeguarding directions were issued for sections of the Phase One line of route between London and the West Midlands in Bromford and Northolt. They were updated following the outcome of our design refinement consultation for these areas. There will be further outcomes from the consultation in due course.
