Consultation description

We want to know what you think about our draft Clean Air Zone Framework. The framework sets out how Clean Air Zones should be implemented in England.

What are your views on the draft regulation requiring Clean Air Zones to be made in Birmingham, Derby, Leeds, Nottingham and Southampton? We also want your views on the impact assessment that considers the costs and benefits of making Clean Air Zones in the five cities.

We committed to consulting on the draft framework in the national air quality plan for nitrogen dioxide, published in December 2015.
