Consultation description

We are requesting feedback from the PSN community on our proposals to make practical improvements to service operations on the PSN, as well as changes we’ve made to the PSN service management guidance and obligations. We’re now seeking the views of operations staff from across the PSN community to get feedback both on these proposals and the existing changes we’ve made.
