Call for evidence description
This call for evidence sets out the main issues and questions on which the Director would like to receive evidence to inform his labour market enforcement strategy for 2020 to 2021.
The main topics are:
- non-compliance and enforcement in 4 high-risk sectors - hand car washes, agriculture, social care, construction
- non-compliance in other sectors
- cross cutting issues
The call is open to anyone to respond, but will be of particular interest to:
- academics
- non-governmental organisations
- employers
- unions
- think tanks
- research organisations
- industry bodies and representatives
