Consultation description
In the Entertainment Deregulation consultation response document publishing in January 2013, we said we would consult further on deregulation for community-based film exhibitions.
This consultation meets our commitment and looks at removal in certain circumstances of the requirement for a licence in England and Wales for film screenings in community venues.
Revised regulation came into force on 06 April 2015.
