Consultation description

Proposals to improve the M1 junctions 31 to 32 by enabling technology that allows the mandatory speed limits to be adjusted at peak times to relieve congestion. The Highways Agency have drafted regulations regarding implementation of these variable speed limits and are keen to have your comments, specifically on how the draft regulations could affect you, your organisation or those you represent.
