We’re seeking views on:

  • the processes and criteria for applying for different types of degree-awarding powers
  • the processes and criteria for applying for university title or university college title
  • post-award issues for both degree-awarding powers and university title, such as rights and obligations, and the circumstances in which powers to vary or revoke degree-awarding powers or revoke university title may be used
