Consultation description

The MHRA is seeking views on the proposal on the introduction of tell-and-do variations for a specific subset of parallel import licenses, captured in a new Business Engagement Assessment, which is part of the ongoing cross-government Accountability for Regulator Impact (ARI) project.

Businesses and representative organisations are invited to comment on any aspect of the published draft Assessment. Responses should be sent to regulator.impact@mhra.gsi.gov.uk stating the name of the proposal in the subject line. Responses will be published on the www.gov.uk website unless individual respondents ask us not to do so.

The deadline for comments is 1 Novemeber 2013 and final versions of the assessments will be published shortly thereafter.
