The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is seeking feedback on proposed modifications to condition 10a of the NATS (En Route) plc (NERL) licence.

The proposals would put back the date by which NERL is required to produce plans for:

• raising transition altitude
• implementing the London airspace modernisation programme
