Consultation description

The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is seeking feedback on proposals to amend the NATS (en route) plc (NERL) licence. The modifications will make the NERL licence consistent with the ‘UK-Ireland functional airspace block (FAB) performance plan 2015 to 2019’.
