The main conclusion of the review was that the NHS LA performs necessary functions and should continue to operate as a Special Health Authority. The review report also contains recommendations to improve performance, governance and efficiency.

This triennial (3 yearly) review looks at what the NHS Litigation Authority (NHS LA) does and how their work is carried out.

We want to know what you think of the NHS Litigation Authority including:

  • how they are organised
  • how they are performing
  • whether they provide good value

You can also share your views in person at a workshop on:
