Consultation description

This consultation is led by the Home Office in collaboration with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) as part of a review into the structure of the fees charged by OISC to its registered organisations.

This consultation paper will be of interest to:

  • OISC registered organisations and immigration advisers
  • those who may be considering OISC registration
  • those who are authorised to provide immigration advice and services by other regulators or professional bodies
