The Office of Rail and Road (ORR) invites stakeholders to respond to any decisions within our periodic review 2024 (PR24) draft determination and to provide clear evidence to support any responses. This evidence could include data, analyses, written commitments, or formal legal advice.

PR24 covers funding for HS1 Ltd for the period from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2030, also known as control period 4 (CP4).
