Consultation description

This consultation sought views on whether or not, following the abolition of defined benefit contracting out as part of the reforms to the state pension system, employers should be permitted to override the protected persons regulations in order to offset the additional costs they will face as a result of the end of contracting out and the loss of the NI rebate.
