This document sets out the independent analysis of responses to the consultation, conducted by York Consulting LLP on behalf of the Department for Education.

It confirms that the government will not be pursuing a policy of post-qualification admissions but will focus on working with sector bodies to address identified problems within the current arrangements in a way which is supportive of all students.
