This consultation seeks further views on the level of private parking charges proposed in the government’s response to the Parking code enforcement framework consultation.

This includes the discount rate for early payment, the level of additional debt collection fees, and the detail of the Appeals Charter to help deliver a fair, proportionate and consistent system across the country.
