Summary
We sought your views on proposed changes to fees for statutory services currently delivered by the Animal Health and Veterinary Laboratories Agency (AHVLA) on behalf of Defra, the Scottish Government, the Welsh Government and the Northern Ireland Executive (the latter for CITES only). The seven statutory services where fees were being reviewed are:
- Bovine Embryos
- Bovine Semen
- Porcine Semen
- Poultry Health Scheme (PHS)
- Salmonella National Control Programme (NCP)
- Border Inspection Posts (BIPs)
- Control of Trade in Endangered Species (CITES)
This was a joint consultation between Defra, the Scottish Government, the Welsh Government and the Northern Ireland Executive (the latter for CITES only). Any changes to fees will therefore apply in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland (the latter for CITES only).
