The Office of Rail and Road (ORR) is inviting interested parties to submit evidence to support our enquiries into issues raised in a super-complaint made by Which? The complaint concerned rail passenger compensation for delays.
We would welcome your views on the:
- ease of finding information about compensation arrangements
- clarity of information on compensation arrangements
- barriers to claiming compensation
- method of paying compensation
