Amending rail passengers’ rights and obligations regulations
Applies to England, Scotland and Wales
Detail of outcome
Due Great Britain (GB) leaving the EU, the passengers’ rights and obligations exemptions are no longer valid. We transferred this EU regulation into GB law.
To reflect this change, our Guidance on rail passengers’ rights and obligations: regulation No 1371/2007 was published in March 2020.
