This consultation seeks views on a draft order extending the reforms to circumstances for registering land.

Consultation description

Following reforms in the Growth and Infrastructure Act 2013 to the system for registering new town or village greens, we are seeking views on a draft order to provide further detail and to extend the reforms to circumstances not currently covered by the reforms.
