Consultation description

When a new internationally designated conservation site such as a Special Protection Area is designated or updated, the competent authority, in this case BEIS, is required to review decisions made regarding consents, permissions or other authorisations for all relevant plans or projects which are likely to have a significant effect on that site.

In response to a request for further time to consider the report, we have extended the deadline to 14 February.
